Anne Bluh
Anne is our Payroll Manager and has run a successful Payroll Bureau for a number of years. Her Payroll experience has helped many of her clients in that period and she is now successfully increasing the payroll services client portfolio of PHRS
Anne is a keen yacht sailor and enjoys the local Swindon countryside where she walks and cycles regularly.
Neil Elsden
Neil is the Accounts & Audit Director for Banks Chartered Accountants - based in Old Town, Swindon for whom he manages a portfolio of small to medium sized businesses and companies.
Apart from being a team sports enthusiast, Neil's free time is largely occupied with his young family.
Richard Mathews
Richard is the Tax Director for Banks Chartered Accountants of Swindon. He has previously practised with local and regional firms as a Personal and Business Tax specialist. He brings to many years of varied Tax related experience.
Outside of work Richard's time is spent supporting his young children's pursuits. He is also a keen follower of rugby and football.
